This billing policy applies to paid activity currently offered inside the app, including subscription payments for listing access, rental booking payments, and sale-related payments initiated through the marketplace.
It does not automatically cover off-platform agreements, cash arrangements, bank transfers made outside the product, or separate contracts you may sign with owners, agents, or third parties.
Currency and accepted channels
Platform payments are currently charged in GHS and initiated through Paystack.
- Current supported channels in the application are Card and Mobile Money.
- Channel availability can change based on processor availability, provider rules, or temporary technical issues.
When you are charged
For paid actions, the platform creates a transaction reference and sends you to the payment processor to complete authorization.
Subscription access or booking confirmation is only completed after the payment processor reports a successful transaction and the platform verifies the reference in its records.
Failed, incomplete, or cancelled payments
If a payment is not completed successfully, the associated subscription or booking may remain inactive, pending, or cancelled based on the platform record.
A listing, booking, or sale flow is not guaranteed merely because a payment attempt was started. Successful verification is what matters for activation.
Refunds and reversals
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The current product does not promise self-service refunds, prorated subscription credits, or automatic reversals for completed payments.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact issues@osdanrealestate.org promptly with the relevant Paystack reference so the issue can be reviewed.
Cancellations and subscription access
Cancelling an active subscription in the platform does not create a refund for the current paid period. Access remains tied to the already paid term recorded on the account.
Unless the product later introduces separate renewal terms, users should not assume the platform will provide prorations, credits, or retroactive fee adjustments.
Processor terms and billing support
Payments are processed by Paystack, and users may also be subject to that provider's privacy, fraud-screening, and technical requirements.
